Today, as we started to raise the building in the main lobby area of the hotel, we encountered a problem. (We are gradually raising the building in areas where it has sunk over the years and putting in all new footings.)
As I start to collect items for my guest rooms in the Roseboro, I came across this great find the other day and brought it to the Roseboro. While my guest rooms will have modern conveniences (like a Keurig coffee maker in every room), I want them to have a touch of nostalgia as well.

Unfortunately, the old Roseboro Ice House was beyond saving and we are in the process of tearing it down. I did, however, save all of the neat old hardware.
